As of March 2, 2023, the Meghalaya election results are being announced live. The National People’s Party (NPP) led by Conrad Sangma, in alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), is leading in the early trends. The NPP-BJP alliance is currently leading in 27 out of the 60 seats, while the Indian National Congress, led by Mukul Sangma, is leading in 17 seats.
